Getting the Product to You
Individual characters are cut and delivered in the 1 -2 week time frame. If you have an urgent deadline we may be able to get it there quicker, just contact us and ask about the possibility.
All other products:
As most products need to be made and assembled verses your normal generic stores where they are pulled off the shelf and sent, we have slightly longer delivery times
Eastern Australia within 2 weeks worst case example
Rest of Australia within 3 weeks worst case example
If the product doesn’t show up in this time frame contact us, and we will either locate it or build and send a new product.
We ship direct from the factory to you twice a week, but please keep in mind that most orders are custom made so after you place your order we have to actually make it. Depending on what product you order, this can take between three to nine days.
We deliver all over Australia, so we generalise and say that we will get it to you, worst-case scenario, within 2 weeks to Eastern Australia, and within three weeks to Tasmania, Western Australia, & Northern Territory.
We try hard to do a lot better than that, but Australia being a rather large bit of real estate can sometimes mean there are delays beyond our control once it leaves our factory.
Delivery is normally by Australia Post’s Eparcel track and trace system, and occasionally Fastway Couriers.
Once the order is picked up by Australia Post we will email you a note to say that it is on the way, along with a tracking number and website link which allows you to see where your order currently is.
We request customers to contact us as soon as possible once the 2 – 3 week period has passed and they have not received the order. We then contact Australia Post to see if they are able to locate your order. If after 1-2 days they are not able to locate it, we will immediately start work on a replacement, and send it to you at no extra cost, and as fast as we can.
This is the worst-case scenario. We have been in business for 10 years and in that time Australia Post has only lost 6 or 7 orders, from the thousands we have sent out.
Currently we are not shipping to International destinations, but if you can convince us that you can’t exist without whatever it is you want, we have been known to give in ….occasionally.
The problem with International deliveries is that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.
